About this mod Machine translation
This mini uniform pack is based on the real life Richmond, Virginia (USA) Police Department. These designs comply with t0y's LSPD Mega Pack (link). All blue light mods are also used to show the screenshots (also linked). To install it, first install t0y's mega pack into OpenIV, then open each vehicle's texture file in GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf. Find and replace default textures in edit mode. You must rename the texture to the desired slot. For example, CVPI will be renamed to cvpi_sign_1. For more information, watch the video below on how to replace/import textures.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
