I recorded a bunch of reverse-flash dialogue. I have a few cool savitars. There are 7 files in this file. You need to install the voice player mod for this to work.
Installation: To install it go into Grand Theft Auto V\scripts\Voice Player and create a folder with the file name ped. For example I put it in the DarkFlash folder which is the model name of the Earth x Reverse Flash.
