RagePresence allows players to share their actions from Grand Theft Auto V to everyone on Discord using Discord’s new Rich Presence feature.
Install:
Drag discord-rpc.dll into the GTA 5 installation folder where your .exe file is located, and place RagePresence.dll into the scripts folder.
