Improve QV image quality visual effects

Install:

• Install the first and second steps according to the "oiv file usage instructions" (the options corresponding to each step are also installed in this step)
• Put everything in the third step into the root directory and replace

(After entering the game, press home to open the re menu. When selecting a preset, don’t just look at the picture description in the third step or Baidu. Select DefaultPreset.ini. The picture is just an example. Don’t look hard for Real LA Feeling.ini.)

Things to note:

Before installation, make sure the game is in a state where no graphics quality is installed.

Do not mix with other quality

Because the volumetric cloud will cover the weather effect file, it is temporarily unavailable.

The brightness of the screenshot is 70%, which can be adjusted by yourself.

A few paragraphs of English appearing in the upper left corner of the loading interface indicate that enb and re are installed correctly.

Any interface text flooding, sharpening, blurring and other effects are caused by the re filter and do not affect the game process, so you don’t need to worry about it.
