This is my first ped mod, this is still a BETA version and I really hope to be able to update it.
I know it's not perfect at all, but I created the head and textures from scratch
Autodesk Mudbox, 3dsMax, Substance Painter and Photoshop. This was my first time doing this and decided
Release it anyway. I hope to improve the model and face the rigging in the future.

I've been a fan of Phil Collins since I was a little boy. I got to know him by watching Disney's Tarzan (Phil wrote the soundtrack) and playing GTA Vice City Stories, where he met Vic Vance.
Phil Collins is the only real-life person to appear in the Grand Theft Auto series (besides Lazlow, if that matters?).
This year Phil Collins decided to participate in the "Not Dead Yet" tour. I was in Paris on July 18, 2017 and had the opportunity to purchase the official t-shirt. I took a photo from the shirt with my phone and this is the texture I had for the Not Dead Yet Shirt included in this package.
I can't find it on the internet.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
