Internal oil platform + underwater mining for gold and hydrocarbon mining.

To find the platform, see the video (lower right corner of the map, along the aircraft carrier's runway).

I recommend installing this mod for a better experience:

Install:

1 - Download and install the latest "Map Editor" and all requirements (ScriptHookV etc...) -

Keep the archive somewhere on your computer as a backup.

2 - Download and install "Object Spawn Unlocker" -

3 - After downloading my mod, put the "oil.xml" from my mod into the main folder GTAV.

4 - Download and install Custom Props Add-On [BETA 3]:

5 - Download and install Borderless:

Be sure to back up any files you must modify and follow the instructions carefully.

6 - Put the "objectlist" from my mod into the scripts folder and replace.

7 - While in game, press F7 and click Load map as xml.

8 - Enter "oil" and you're done.

I advice to install this mod for a better experience:

INSTALLATION:

1 - Download and install latest "Map editor" and all REQUIREMENTS (ScriptHookV etc...) -

Keep the archive somewhere in your computer as a backup.

2 - Download and install "Object Spawn Unlocker" -

3 - After downloading my mod, put the "oil.xml" from my mod in your main folder GTAV.

4 - Download and install Custom Props Add-On [BETA 3]:

5 - Download and install No Boundary Limits:

Be sure to make backup of the files you must modify, and follow the instructions carefully.

6 - Put the "objectlist" from my mod to your script folder, and replace.

7 - In game, press F7 and click on load map as xml.

8 - Type "oil" and you are done.

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
