Installation details_
- If you haven't done so already, you need to set up the CustomMaps DLC
- All you need to do after that is place the '.ymap file in custom_maps.rpf in the following folder (using OpenIV):
MODS > Updates > 64 > dlcpacks > CustomMaps > dlc.rpf > 64 > Horizontal > gta5 > _citye > Maps > custom_maps.rpf

Installation details_
- If you hadn't done so already, you will need to set up the CustomMaps DLC
