- Using OpenIV, put all files into GTAV>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>adddonpeds>dlc.rpf>peds.rpf
- Click "New Pede" and enter the name "youyuyouxi".
- Set PED type to "Man" and flow to "false".
- Press Rebuild.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
