North Yankton State Patrol Vintage Garment Bag

Hey, I'm working on GTA V right now! As a member of the VanillaWorks Discord 2D artist team, I was inspired to make a mod based on 1992. So looking forward to more V mods, but I promise I won't forget the IV scenes, I'm not that way. Anyway, on to the mod!

Want to take North Yankton back to the '90s? Now is your chance to enforce the law... 90's style! Included are 11john11's reimagining of the Merit Classic and the 1991 Premier, based on the North Yankton State Patrol, while the latter is based on the North Dakota State Patrol, and for the Merit Classic you'll have 'or' variations. Modern' or 'vintage' style uniforms, all with numbers on boots/luggage.

I hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoyed making them. Of course, my options were limited to V-One, which I could do in the UK, but I decided to install my game's cars to a 1992 setting, and my second excuse was that the VanillaWorks team seemed to be doing a lot of the work for me. I mean, I can't complain, really, but any suggestions for early-stage friendly early cars would be appreciated.

Quick note - these will not spawn in North Yankton unless you configure the mods to add traffic to the North Yankton map. Even so, you still have to redistribute the police cars in some way. Don't ask me this question.

This pack will eventually expand to include more retro-styled killer vehicles in the near future. For now, this is just the beginning of my GTA V modding career.
