Unzip the gangModData folder and dinput8.dll ScriptHookV.dll ScriptHookVDotNet.asi ScriptHookVDotNet.dll ScriptHookVDotNet.ini ScriptHookVDotNet.xml and the scripts folder to the gta5.exe directory. Extract the two files in Simplified/Traditional Chinese to the scripts folder.
