If O.S.U 1.1 is not working, try using winrarZip
Download object list 10K: K3nil
Put ATWAR.xml into your GTA V folder, then in the game open map editor, then load type "ATWAR" to complete.....!
NOTE: Try the Extreme Edition

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
