OLD GT-R R35
About this mod Author’s original text
Now fixed for fivem! - sorry for the long wait
--
Thanks for downloading, this is a sound mod with custom awc files and rel files. I tried my best to recreate a vr38dett sound, I will of course be updating it as much as I can to improve on it!
For FiveM this mod is served-sided, players will download this mod when they join a server with this mod in it. This means that all players will be able to hear this sound in-game.

Singleplayer - How to install:
- Simply just drag the folder into GTA5/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
- Then add 'dlcpacks:/r35sound/' to your dlclist in GTA5/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
- Then just go into your chosen car file, go into the vehicles.meta and replace the audio hash of the car to 'r35sound' so it looks like:
r35sound
Fivem - How to install:
- Simply just place the 'r35sound' folder into your server resources folder
- Then add 'start r35sound' or 'ensure r35sound' to your server config file
- Then just go into your chosen car file in your server files and replace the audio hash of the car to 'r35sound' so it looks like:
r35sound

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
