  • copy the folder "mt09" to directory x:/Grand Theft Auto V/Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
  • add line:

dlcpacks:/mt09/

to dlclist.xml inside x:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
