ADD ON
1）Go to GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
2）Extract dlclist.xml and add this line
dlcpacks:\vxr16\
3）Go to GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacksand make a folder called vxr16 add the included dlc.rpf file
SPAWN vxr16
