Malibu Tower

Malibu Mansion in Grand Theft Auto V.

The modification adds a large Malibu mansion to GTA 5. The mod is still in development, but the 3D model of the mansion is fully ready and the author currently needs help creating the interior of the house.

The mansions include:

• Garage for 6 cars;

-living room;

• Master bedroom;
• Master bathroom + wellness center;

-Wardrobe;

• three bedrooms;
• five bathrooms;
• Mini snack bar;

-recording studio;

-kitchen;

-Dining room;

• Entrance courtyard;
• Outdoor basketball court;
• open swimming pool;
• Indoor swimming pool + exercise bike;

-Jacuzzi;

-bar;

-Gym;

-office;

• several relaxation areas;

etc.

Malibu Tower

This is my biggest project to date and still a work in progress. The 3D model is complete and ready for expansion.

Mansion doesn't yet have an MLO instance that I'm currently developing.

I'm not a good programmer, please bear with me until I fully understand mlo.

• Run OpenIV

• Drag and drop the folder malibu_mansion to the following path mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

• Go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data open dlclist.xml and add the line dlcpacks:/malibu_mansion/

• Drag and drop the file mansion_building.ydr from the folder mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\malibu_mansion\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\malibu_mansion.rpf\ (Modern Red)

NOTE: In the folder (polished white) you will find the original version of the mansion

A pool beneath the mansion renders the property's water unusable.

However, this rule only applies to players. NPCs can swim.

If I find a solution I will lower the pool bottom again.
