How to install
- Navigate to “mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/”

- Use OpenIV to export "dlclist.xml" in "MODS/update/update.rpf/common/data/" to your desktop
Open the file with any text editor and add the following lines at the end:

- Use OpenIV to import "dlclist.xml" again into the path mentioned above
