About this mod Machine translation

Update log 1.2:

-antennas now swing based on the vehicle's power (thanks to FoxtrotDelta)

  • Tracks now adapt to the terrain and are no longer static (thanks to Oleg for the tip)
  • The glass is no longer shiny
  • Turret rotation fixed rotation

-cannon mantle moves backward

  • Custom specular maps for body and turret

Update log 1.1:

-coaxial MG added

-removed.50 cal + protection on commander's seat (left side)

Add .50 cal + different protection (protection inside bulletproof glass window) to loader seat (right side)

Screenshots 1-6 show the new version with updated turrets, the rest show the previous version.

Here we have the current American main battle tank replacing the German Leopard 2-inspired GTA V Rhino. Includes two separate texture files with woodland or flat desert camo.

The tank is equipped with the "Tank Urban Survival Kit (TUSK)", which includes reactive armor and enhanced gunner protection. To make it look more battle ready, I've added a couple of bags to the turret (can be removed via the Trainer -> Vehicle Components menu).

Cab and gunner interior modeled and included. You can't type them physically, but it's still nice. The passenger seat is located in the left (open) hatch of the turret (second picture). When an Abrams explodes, multiple components including panels, MGs, bags, can fall off.

All LODs included, custom collisions, tracks, wheels, lights all working. (At some points, when the circuit breaks, the track is slightly off the ground at the rear, but it's barely noticeable).

Before you ask: I have tried:

  • Make the MG the secondary seat gunner's position. -> Game crashes

I may find something in the future, but for now, only the main gun is available.

Original model converted from Call of Duty: Ghosts.

Full credits in readme.

Like I said before, I really want to release more aircraft (military/military), helicopters and military vehicles. If you like my work and would like to learn more, please indicate your support by donating. It helps me provide what I need to continue modifying (ZM3, model files, etc.)

And very grateful for the support I've already received :)

I may figure something out in the future, but right now, only the main cannon can be used.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
