About this mod Machine translation
The island is built southwest of LSIA, go there with some teleport or noclip mod. Actually, menyoo does this for you when you load the map.

If you're a perfectionist, cunning prevents true hoarding (Billboard)
Map made by MMH for street racing, it's a lot of fun:
Work Los Angeles Santos Raceway
Install
Choose your preferred version and open it
Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
Once in the game, open
Menyoo > Spooner > Manage Saved Files > "LS International Raceway Rx".
It may require multiple loads to generate each prop of the database.
Vehicles taken from this site are not included.
You don't mind that I don't quote every author on racing, do you?
We welcome any suggestions for improving the realism of the tracks, be sure to let me know by emailing me @Zio Ark in the comments.
Known BUGS
- The track glows on its own.
If you have simple ENB
edit
AmbientUpIntensityDusk,
AmbientUpIntensityNight,
AmbientDownIntensityDusk,
AmbientDownIntensityNight
settings and set them to 0.
- The map is WAY, TOO, HEAVY.
This isn't a bug, it's just the amount of props being used. Think of the grass covering the track. That's a lot of grass, right? In addition to the standard game map, the game has to load it, so just make sure you have a decent PC.
- Maps use MENYOO SPOONER, not MAP editor.
Would I transplant it one day? No, it's just useless work because I think Spooner surpasses Map Editor in every aspect except peds animation.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
