Use openIV to install this mod!
Put td_loading_music.awc into
GTA V> mods> x64> audio> sfx> PROLOGUE.rpf
If you don't have a mods folder, create one and go to the original x64 files!
GTA V> x64
Select the [Edit Mode] button and select the [Copy to mods] folder in the pop-up window!

All done, you can now relax to your new jingle bells song instead of the boring Gta v loading song!
