You need Open IV.

Install:

Open each folder (Hair and Hats, Bottom, Top)

Drag and drop (files in each folder) here:

Grand Theft Auto V\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_ig.rpf\ig_lamardavis

Change model to ig_lamardavis using trainer (Menyoo, Simple Trainer, any mod menu),

Use coach to change clothes.

Use a trainer (Menyoo, Simple Trainer, any mod menu) Change model to ig_lamardavis,

Change clothes with trainer.
