Model installation:
Main GTA V Directory/Mods/x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/Componentpeds_u_m_y.rpf
Drag the model file into the Componentpeds_u_m_y.rpf folder.
The model name will be under "BurgerDrug"
The model should be generated when searching for "burgerdrug" in the game or typing "burgerdrug". If not BurgerDrug it might be "BurgerShotDrug" but mostly "BurgerDrug".

Install:
Main GTA V directory/Mods/x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/Pedprops.rpf
and drag the file named "Model Props (Hat)" in the Model folder
(The installation guide is also in the mod download folder)
