It took me a full 4 days to build, it's very detailed, has perfect lighting at night, there are 2 versions, one is a helipad and the other is functional,

Both are included in the download. It has 4 rooms and 1 toilet and there is not a single bit of detail that I set all the doors and gates

From last time people said they fall off when you touch them, all you need to do is right click on the door and select diamic

On menyoo they will work fine. This is a 1.0 version, if I get a good response I will edit the current one and expand it when we reach 5000 downloads,

Car mods and helicopters are modded, if you want the exact spawn I'll link them below, if not then its optional and stock gta 5

Install:

1.) First download and install menyoo and map editor with the link above where you want it.

2.) Make sure you have map builder object list installed for menyoo (very important)

3.) Go into (menyoo/spooner/) and drop "mansion" or "mansion + pad", whichever one you choose.

4.) Done

use:

Open GTA 5, use F8 to open Menyoo, go to Spooner, then load the map, then type: Mansion.

Or if you choose the helicopter pad model: Mansion + pad

That's it, now you're done. one last thing
