Installation (you need OpenIV):
1.- Go to "/update/x64/dlcpacks/" using OpenIV, place in the "helipad_m" folder.
2.-Export "dlclist.xml" in the path "/update/update.rpf/common/data/" to the desktop using OpenIV.
Open the file with a text editor and add the following lines to the end:
dlcpacks：\ helipad_m\
3.- Import the file again to the above path using OpenIV.
4.-Done, the helipad should spawn on startup.
