Helicopter and VTOL Runway Taxi 1.0

This script mod will detect any wheeled helicopter or VTOL aircraft and enable the controller to taxi the helicopter (fly it on the ground, like an airplane). This opens up many opportunities, such as being able to move the helicopter in and out of the hangar, taxi to the runway or takeoff area, perform takeoffs and more. It automatically works on any helicopter with correctly configured wheels, including all default wheeled helicopters in the game, and has been tested with multiple custom helicopters from @SkylineGTRFreak, including the Jayhawk, Blackhawk, Chinook, and Dolphin.

The mod also works with VTOL aircraft such as the V-22 Osprey. Using custom profiles you can add multiple angles to the VTOL rotor, allowing for partial rotation. This brings a whole new level of reality to VTOL aircraft.

The plugin requires RagePluginHook. Confirmed for use with RPH 0.51+, but may work with more recent older versions. All controls are tied to the default game controls for helicopter flight. An in-game help tip will be displayed when you first enter Wheeled Helicopter to remind you. Use the pitch forward/reverse keys to accelerate/decelerate, the yaw key to turn, and the throttle down key to brake. To take off, just press the throttle button as usual.

Please don't ask me to convert it to ScriptHook, or give it a low rating because it's RPH. RagePluginHook has certain API features that make the development of this particular plugin easier than other hooks, which I personally prefer to develop in RPH.
