GTA V Android Remote Trainer

Updated: August 2018. App updated for new Android devices with Android 8.1 Oreo (targeting SDK 27)

With this mod you can use your Android phone as a remote trainer, now only teleportation, vehicle spawning and vehicle modifications are possible.

To use this mod you will need:

-Android 4.0 mobile phone

-Wifi router

• This Android APP
• Latest Java

-ScriptHookV

-ScriptHookVDotNet

-Java Server (will be downloaded with the mod)

Installation instructions:

• Unzip the folder "java server" (doesn't matter)
• Copy the .dll file from the scripts folder to the scripts folder where GTA V is installed
• Download the app on your phone :D

Steps to run this mod:

• Connect your phone to the same (wifi) network as your computer using GTA V
• Start the java server (double-click the "Run Java Server" file).
• Launch the app on your phone.
• Connect your phone to the Java server (very important: enter the IP correctly) (just do this: open cmd and type ipconfig /all and check if your PC IP address is the same as the one shown by the java server)
• Start GTA V.
• When GTA V is up and running, press the Page Down button (above the arrow keys) to open the mode.

That's it. It's in beta so it may crash (very very rare).

How to close:

• Exit GTA V (only if you don't want to play it anymore, if you want to play it, go to step 2)
• Exit the app on your phone and the java server will automatically close. Do not close the JAVA server before you exit the Android application, the APP will crash.

troubleshooting:

Problem: You press connect on your phone, the phone has changed status to connected, but the server is still waiting for the phone to connect

Solution: Close the application and shut down the server on your PC, then go to task manager and check if there are any Java processes running, if so, close them. If not then just run the server again and try to connect again

Problem: You are connected to the server and when you press the button on the phone server he receives commands but nothing happens in GTA V

Solution 1: Check if the mod is open, press the page down (pgdn) button

Solution 2: Press the insert (ins) button and then the page down (pgdn) button.

Problem: You enter your PC's IP address and press connect, but the phone is still connected (your wifi is on and connected on the same network)

Possible solution 1 (recommended): Allow java through Windows Firewall - add exception Find java.exe in step 6 (default location: C:\Program Files\Java\jreVERSION_OF_JAVA\bin)

Possible solution 2 (not recommended, at your own risk): Turn off the firewall just to test if the app can connect, then turn it back on after testing

You can generate over 170 different vehicles and modify them, including modifications:

-engine

-transmission

-suspension

• window tint

-Brakes

-colors (bo, zhong, rim, neon)

• Custom wheels
• Custom sections

-Bumpers

-Spoilers

-Fenders

-Hoods

-Roofs

-....

control:

• Open/close doors, hood and trunk
• Scroll windows down/up
• Turn on/off neon lights
• Create custom teleports (3 slots)
• Change time or sync with pc time
• Change the weather

You also have the map on your phone (I know it's low res)

Known errors:

• Sometimes you have to press the command twice for it to work (very rare)
• Map locations are not 100% accurate on the map
• After immobilizing the vehicle, the vehicle will stop after about 8-15 minutes and the driver inside the vehicle will start to behave strangely.
