Let's turn the clock back to 2008 - when PIA enforced the "Pekingism Act" as if American lives truly depended on it and the federal government wasn't just a sorry excuse for spying on its own citizens.
This mod brings back the NOOSE PIA Stanier from GTA IV. This includes push rods, glass dividers, antennas, wheels, radios, spotlights, livers and stickers. The only difference is the lightbar, because frankly that's the thing I hated the most about NOOSE vehicles while playing IV. In any case, as expected by the Security Enforcement Office, it has been restored to its former glory, ready to promote patriotism and strictly regulate immigration.
Includes 4 different livers:
- L.C. PIA
- L.S. PIA
- S.A. PIA
- American PIA
This model also features a working spotlight.

If you know how to install a plug-in cart, great! For those unfamiliar with it, I recommend first installing Albo1125's Modding DLC pack and then following the installation instructions I've provided in the readme.txt file.

Let's roll back the clock a decade, 2008 - When the PIA were enforcing the Jingoism Act as if the lives of Americans really did depend on it, and it wasn't just a sorry excuse for the federal government to spy on it's own citizens.
This mod brings back the NOOSE PIA Stanier from GTA IV. That includes the pushbar, glass divider, antennas, wheels, radio, spotlight, liveries and stickers. The only difference being the lightbar, because frankly it was the thing I hated the most about the NOOSE vehicles when playing IV. Regardless, it's been restored to it's former glory ready for you to promote patriotism and strictly regulate immigration, just as the Office of Security Enforcement intended!

- U.S. PIA
This model also features a working spotlight.
NOTE:
If you know how to install addon cars, thats great! For those who aren't so famililiar with it, I suggest installing Albo1125's Modding DLC pack first, and then following the installation instructions I've provided in the readme.txt file

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
