After making a GTA 4 triple a few weeks ago, I decided to start a cool look, but for Vagos. I already have the idea of making them a Puerto Rican gang, but I don't know who to change. After a few hours of editing, I finally had what I wanted them to look like! They now have a really cool yellow striped jacket with variations and a nice Puerto Rican flag shirt that suits them perfectly!
I also decided to change the head variation to a different style, only on the salvagoon. So that makes him unique!
During production, I converted the GTA 4 ped sounds, which took a long time to get into the right place. I only made one sound, so you only have to find game changes.

mistake:
Sometimes his neck may show through the shirt on different head variations, but it's not noticeable.
The chain necklace goes across his left shoulder, but I can't fix that. This is the only necklace visible on the shirt and jacket.
Future ideas:
Add more sounds
Added new appearance for all maze peds

Bugs:
