Hello,
I've changed the Grove Street environment, replacing the BALLAS gang with the good old family from GTA SA!
About the mod:
- Replaced ballas with family gangs
- Added some Ballas gang members who sometimes walk through Grove Street
- Time changes, meaning Fam gang members are not in the same place 24/7

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
