- Extract.rar file with WinRAR
- Open "model"
- Drag and drop the contents of "model" in to open IV in the newest patchday (19 at current time)
- Open "ELS Config"
- Drag content to GTA V - ELS - Pack_default (YOU NEED ELS!)
