Content introduction
feature:
- Join the game of Families, Ballas, Vagos, Aztecas, Malabonta Grandes, Madrazo Cartels, Triads, Kkangpae, Lost MCs, Red Necks, Armenian Thugs and Professional Gangs.
-Each gang starts with a level 2 area based on their location in the normal game/mission and some random areas assigned by the base mod
- All members are added and they see all vehicles used
-Players start with a family. See below for how to change your gang.
Require:
-Gangs and Turf mod 1.3.12
- Make sure you have the Gang and Turf Mod installed correctly and that it is working properly before replacing its files with those from this mod.
Install:
-Locate turphzonedata.xml, ModOptions.xml, and GangData.xml files in the gangModData folder (should be in the GTA V installation location). Replace existing files.
- Optional GangData.xml file for those who want to create their own gangs instead of using pre-made gangs. You can find it in the appropriately named folder.
- Optional GangData.xml file Melee start (without weapons)
- Optional fixes for unarmed/melee combat. Check the readme file in the folder.
Change your gang:
- Simply open the GangData.xml file using Notepad (or another text editor) and look for the line: "true" - Note: By default the selected gang should be clan.
-Change "true" to "false" (without quotes).
-Then look for the gang you want to join and swap its "fake" row in the same way, but with "true" instead of "fake".

Change log:
Version 2.6 fixes:
- Updated files for new version of base mod
-Gangs now start with pistols. (If you want to change it back to the way it was and have gangs start a melee, just use the gang data file in the "Melee Start" folder.)
Version 2.5 changes:
- Added professionals (thanks to NaijaMango)
- Option to fix gang member lag/inertia if using melee/unarmed weapons
Version 2.4 changes:
-Updated files to match new gang and turf mod version 1.3.4 (includes new turfs, weapons and other changes)
Version 2.3 rewards:
- Added optional GangData.xml file with the ability to create your own gang from scratch and fight against other gangs.
Version 2.2 changes:
- All gangs now start at level 2 zone strength from their home territory.
-Each gang focuses on different goals. Some people prefer to buy bigger guns (Lost MC, Rednecks), some people like to train to be harder to kill (Family, Aztecs, Underworld),
Others like to cordon off their territories (Madrazo Cartel, Kacampai, Armenian Mob), while others are all about taking over the hood (Baras, Vargos, Malabonta Grande).
-Gangs can no longer be eliminated or replaced. (You can change this in the ModOptions file)
-Added Thorn City as an acceptable area (so now lost MCs can accept it if they want :D)
- Updated files to match new gang and turf mod version 1.3.1
Version 2.1 fixes:
- Changed blip colors for Vargos, Aztecas, Armenian Thugs and Rednecks to display better
Version 2 fixes:
- Fixed light spots and vehicle colors for missing MCs

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
