You must have SkylineGTRFreak's Boeing 727 mod.

To install, go to GTAV>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>b727>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles>airtrain.rpf
Open the .rar file and "b727.ytd" with "Edit" enabled, then place the file into the "b727.ytd" window. Confirm all available details and enter the game to spawn the coating.
