Installation (produced with Menyoo Modmenu):

• Install Menyoo and make sure it is working properly.
• Select MenyooFamousMeet.xml and move it to MenyooStuff/Spooner in GTA5 folder.
• Open Menyoo in Ingame, click "Object Spooner"/"Manage Saved Files" and select "MenyooFamousMeet.xml".

Installation (generated using Map-Editor):

• Install Map-Editor and make sure it is working properly.
• Move the Carshow.xml file to Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V.
• Open Map-Editor in Ingame, click "Load Map"/"FileChooser..." and select "FamousMeet.xml"

mistake:

• Whenever you see an object visibly missing, you must load it again.
• People don't animate on the Menyoo version.
