[ELS] Westward-4 Interceptor

The entire community is GO-4 Interceptor with Whelen Edge Mini Bar. It was my idea to make a mini rimmed GO-4 because I thought it would be cool since it was the first model for GTA V with a flash minibar. It also has an interior with the correct random console, a two radios and a CenCom box. Since this is a smaller vehicle, it is very low poly (~60k) so it will run on almost any PC. You are free to use it in your videos, but it would be greatly appreciated if you would take a few moments to acknowledge my work in the videos or descriptions.

===============Installation================

To install the vehicle you just need to navigate to the latest patch day

You have the MODS folder and put it there veh.rpf.

To install the vehicle all you have to do is navigate to the latest patch day

you have in your MODS folder, and place it in the vehicles.rpf there.

For me it would be:

\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday14ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

To install the ELS VCF file, navigate to:

\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

and drag and drop it there

To install the vehicle.meta file, navigate to: Not needed for this file
