Content introduction
Really cool, this is one of the few character houses ever built. . . ????
East Coast Maritime Trading Company.
final version
This house is built in a very nice location on the east coast of Los Angeles.
I tried to build the house in a way that it's not really a "landmark" on the map, and there's a reason for that.
Because the luxury beach mansion is being exploited by a criminal organization that trades drugs, weapons and other items with overseas cartels.
The house and its surroundings are well protected by the organization and there is some loading and unloading of "cargo" around the house.
There is a kind of party going on in the house itself, so if you want to have that party feeling, I recommend turning on your mobile radio in the coach menu.
The design of this house is with large open levels that will give you the best way to enjoy the sea and mountain views from this beautiful place on the map.
The underwater part and some of the vegetation around the beach were made by my son when I was building the house
(You don’t want to know how much time I spent on this map, guys, haha)
He also helped me express his views on many things, which are a huge credit to him.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
