Install
You need a map editor
You can get the MAP MOD from here
After installing MAP MOD
Extract the file and paste the drug transaction XML in your GTA V ROOT folder
Open the map editor by pressing F7
back
MAP Editor > Load Map > Select File > Select Drug Transaction XML
Then go to the SCREENSHOT location
enjoy your meal;)

YOU CAN GET MAP MOD FROM HERE
AFTER INSTALLING MAP MOD
EXTRACT THE FILE AND PASTE THE DRUG DEAL XML IN YOU GTA V ROOT FOLDER
AND OPEN MAP EDITOR BY PRESSING F7
AFTER
MAP EDITOR>LOAD MAP>CHOOSE FILE>SELECT DRUG DEAL XML
AND GO TO THE LOCATION GIVE IN THE SCREENSHOT
