About this mod Machine translation
describe:
Wouldn't you like to just try to steal someone's vehicle, but when you point your gun at them, they flip your ass off and run away? I know I do, that's why I made this mod. Now when you aim any weapon (excluding melee and fists) at the driver of any vehicle (excluding planes and ships) the vehicle will come to a complete stop and they will move away and flee, handing the vehicle over to you.
This modification restores functionality that was originally separate from GTA IV, but for unknown reasons was removed from GTA V. It's also completely self-contained, meaning you don't have to play around with *.rpf and *.meta files - it can be added and removed with just a tap!
You need to walk to work. You can only do this to pedestrians who are not actively fleeing. For example, police and gang members will ignore your requests and prefer to fight you instead, as the game expects. However, there are two settings in the .ini file that you can adjust according to your needs.
FleeChance - The chance that a vehicle driver will drive instead of exiting the vehicle. If set to 0, drivers will never flee when you target them.
FleeAction - The action applied to the ped after they leave the vehicle. See README.txt for a list of available actions.
MaxRange - The maximum range you must be within a ped in order to take away their vehicle. (Default = 7.5)
IgnoreWhenFleeing - If set to "true", people who have fled will not abandon their vehicle even if a gun is pointed at them.
KeepDoorsOpen - If set to "true", the driver will open the doors when exiting the vehicle. Added for convenience (good for users using discreet drivers!)
DriverFacePlayer - If set to true, the player must be within sight of the driver in order for them to take action against the player.
MarkHitAndRuns - If set to true, a runner who hit you with their vehicle is marked on your map and will not disappear until they die or their vehicle is destroyed.
RandomizeAction - Applies a random action to drivers when they leave their vehicle (overrides FleeAction). They can run away, call the police, shoot you in the face - anything is possible!
RandomizeChance - Driver action randomized with X% chance, overrides FLEEACTION. Set to "100" to always randomize their actions.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
