Replacement:

Drag all files in the replace folder to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist3\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpheist3.rpf
Use the modifier to enter ‘furia’ to brush the car

Additive:

Drag nsczinger from the Add-on folder to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
Find dlclist.xml from mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Add dlcpacks:/nsczinger21c/ at the bottom of dlclist
Use the modifier to enter ‘nsczinger21c’ to brush the car, or use the NT modifier

ps: There is a slight problem with the door opening of the add-on version. It is recommended to use the replacement version.

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
