Use a plugin or something
Delete the folder contents .dlc in the plugin
+ You can turn on/off lights in the game to change the head difference :)

use addonpeds or something
Drop the folder content in your addon ped.dlc
+ You can put the light on/off changing head diff in game:)
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
