A new version with bugfixes has been released. Download it if you have problems buying/selling a house and getting into it.
Since the introduction of wardrobes in 0.8.8, a new variable "did_frank_move" has been added to the mod options. Please open savehouse_mod.lua in the scripts/addins folder of Notepad and change "did_frank_move=false" to "did_frank_move=true" if the Franklin in the save file has moved from his aunt's house to the Vinewood Hills mansion.
Please also note that our mod is not compatible with the Open All Interiors Mod as they both use other incredible interiors.

Buying a House/Apartment: Go to your local real estate office to buy your dream house. Admire the charming interior design and enjoy the beautiful views.
Hotel/Apartment Rental: Visited a friend, drove drunk, then rented a hotel room and enjoyed a comfy bed. If you can't afford a house, rent an apartment. All have nice and easy interiors.
CREATE CUSTOM SAVESPOTS: There are no properties you like! Then create a custom save library, purchase the interior you want and live as a king.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
