Open OpenIV
head to x64.v > Models > Cdimages > streamedpeds_players.rpf > Open the folder Player_One > Turn on edit mode. Then drag and drop the.ytd file into OpenIV and exit, open your game and head over to a clothing store and buy the shirt.
