Big thanks to the _CP_ (VisualV) team for allowing me to edit his mod and upload it as part of my mod.
This Timecyc & ENB combo is used to take screenshots of your vehicle (like inspecting the vehicle) for optimal reflection and time settings + authenticity of the environment. On top of that my mod is well optimized since the 5.0 update so its performance is almost the same as vanilla.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
