It supports the generation of license plate textures with normal lines, which can be used in game modules and toy models. The license plate font is made by cutting out real license plate pictures, and the details are restored one to one.

- Green and yellow plates (new energy large vehicles)

- White label (police vehicle)

How to use?
- Download, unzip and run this software
- Enter the license plate number you want to generate in the "License Plate Number" field, for example: Guangdong B12345
- In the "License Plate Type" column, select the license plate base image that needs to be generated, for example: blue plate
- Click the "Generate" button, wait a moment, and a preview of the license plate image will appear above
- Click the "Export" button to export the PNG format image to your computer

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
