Content introduction
illustrate
This small pack features four RDE-style SWAT textures for IVPack’s Brutal Enforcer (also known as the Noose Fence). There are standard (2048x2048) and high (4096x4096) texture definitions.
First, I'm going to just create a BCSO SWAT uniform since it will be used in RDE3.0. Then I accidentally noticed that the Enforcer (nstockade) liver in the IVPack was very poorly made (poor quality, weird metal panels, unadjusted decals), which actually led to the creation of this pack.
Install
For IVPack users:
Start OpenIV
Navigate to presvehicles.rpf in update/x64/dlcpacks/pres/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles
Open nstockade.ytd
Import preferred skin (may need to change liver number)
save it
For others:
Open a.ytd (contains the texture of the Enforcer model)
Import preferred skin (may need to change liver number)
save it
How to change uniform number:
Select Uniform (f.g.nstockade_sign_3)
Rename it by modifying the last symbol (e.g. nstockade_sign_3->nstockade_sign_1)
save it

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
