**Plugin Type:** Blender Plugin (Import/Export Tool)
**Plug-in version:** 2.9.0
**Applicable software:** Blender 4.0 and above (the latest stable version is recommended)
**Original authors of the plug-in:** Skylumz, Colton Fox, Alexguirre
**Chinese Chinese:** Kahar
Plug-in Introduction
Sollumz is the most mainstream Blender model editing plug-in in the GTA5 (Grand Theft Auto 5) community, and is called the "GTA5 Modeling Suite". It allows modders to import, edit and export GTA5's native game resources directly in Blender. It is currently the core tool for making GTA5 vehicles, maps, weapons and other MODs.
This version is **2.9.0 complete Chinese version**. The Chinese author Kahar completed the Chinese interface based on the latest version of the original author. It does not affect the original functions and import and export logic of the plug-in, so you can use it with confidence.
Main functions
- **Native format import and export**: Completely supports the import and export of GTA5 native resource files
- Drawable model (.ydr.ydd)
- Vehicle model (.yft, including _hi HD version)
- Collision model (.ybn)
- Map resources (.ymap)
- Prototype/interior definition (.ytyp, with MLO interior architecture)
- Texture dictionary (.ytd, including +hi HD textures)
- Animation clip (.ycd)
- Navigation grid (.ynv)
- Also supports the corresponding .xml text version (convenient for version management)
- **Shader System**: Full support for GTA5 native shaders (296), editable texture samplers and numerical parameters
- **Vehicle painting support**: vehicle paint layers (primary/secondary/pearl/wheels/interior, etc.), vehicle preview and lighting
- **MLO Interior Architecture Tools**: rooms, doorways, entities, time period modifiers, entity sets, etc.
- **Extended system**: doors, particle effects, explosion effects, ladders, buoyancy, beams, spawn points, etc.
- **Collision Material**: Complete collision material library (185 items), supports Chinese search and positioning
- **Material/Lighting Presets**: Built-in Sollumz preset system
- **Others**: Bone editing, cloth simulation (character cloth), LOD tools, etc.
Chinese description
- All interfaces are Chinese: menus, panels, properties, buttons, prompt information, etc.
- Shader material names and collision material names are displayed in **"English-Chinese"** dual formats (English first), which is convenient for Chinese users to understand and does not affect the English search and positioning in the plug-in.
- Only the Chinese interface displays text, **no code logic, enumeration values, data keys and file structures have been modified**, import and export are fully compatible with the original version
- This Chinese version only focuses on the interface text, and the plug-in functions are consistent with the original version.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
