Welcome to the Blaine Barn house located in Los Santos Wine Country!
The barn blends past and present giving it an incredible atmosphere and sense of privacy.
Behind the main iron gate you'll find the central bay window with views of the valley's grapevines!
The barn features a main reception area with main living area and a wonderful kitchen dining area.
You'll also find a small bathroom/laundry area that leads to a home gym with treadmill and shower area!

To ensure this mod works 100% without losing props, it is crucial to install the following -
- Latest ScriptHook V
- The latest ScriptHook V.NET
- OpenIV plan
- Latest Map Builder
- The latest map editor
- Unlock all objects version 1.0 (needs 1.0 not 1.1)
If the map doesn't load completely, a map builder + map editor is a must!

To install, follow these instructions -
- Put "Barn" into your GTA home directory
- Play GTA games
- Use the F7 key to open the map editor in the game
- Go to Load Map and type "Barn" (may take up to 1 minute to fully load due to the number of props and PC specifications)
- Go to the area on the map where the barn is and enjoy!
