Installation method:

Step 1: Open OpenIV and drag the character file in according to the path: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf\;

Step 2: Open AddonPeds Editor and add character data;

The third step is to copy the character code to the modifier and use it after entering the game:

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
