Install
- Install ScriptHookV.
- Install ScriptHookVDotNet 2.4
- Install NativeUI (with zipper).
- Extract all contents in the .zip into the /scripts/ folder. if it doesn't exist,
Make one!
Disable online maps
Online maps may cause issues such as props disappearing from a character's house. To disable this feature, edit BennysMotorworks.xml in the scripts/ directory and set UnloadOnlineMap to true, LoadOnStartup to false, and UseOldEntrance to true.
troubleshooting
If you have issues with your mod, please follow these steps:
- Run the game as administrator.
- Pirated versions are not supported, you need unencrypted GTA5.exe, not just car models.
- Make sure you are using the latest game version, you need to update to a lower version.
- Update ScriptHookVDotNet to version 2.4
- Update ScriptHookV
If you're still having trouble playing the mod, please post your "ScriptHookVDotNet-[current date].log" (located in the GTA5 root directory) in the comments section and I'll try to help.
If you receive the "Cannot find native 0x00..." error, you do not have the Lowrider update installed probably because you have a pirated copy. (Source: http://gtaforums.com/topic/788343-script-hook-v/?p=1068100269)
If your logs show that it found 0 scripts in BennyMotorworks.dll, delete ScriptHookVDotNet.dll from the /scripts/ folder.
If there's graffiti on the garage but it doesn't open, you'll have to advance your story, or download a save file.

Every item is free (for now).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
