One thing I noticed after playing GTAV for a long time and trying out a lot of the graphics features is that there are a lot of movie-like effects that can be distracting at times and a bit annoying at other times.

When using Post-FX at very high or very high locations, a beam of horizontal and vertical anamorphic lenses will disappear from every light source or reflection in the game, covering all of the map, from the sun to lampposts and even lighter-colored clothing, well. . . ... Like a white T-shirt, even the sky will fade.

This mod will actually improve the graphics, meaning a more realistic experience, as if you're seeing the world with your eyes instead of through a camera lens. Now you'll be able to play with depth of field, take screenshots and record clips without the blue atmosphere covering the entire screen, and you won't be able to see a single shot in the game, except for Sun One.
