An alleviator for 3D motion sickness caused by scrolling camera angles when flying an airplane
The third-person rear-end camera of airplanes and helicopters in GTA V will **roll with the body**, and the horizon in the screen will continue to tilt. For people prone to 3D vertigo, **rolling (roll) is the main trigger**. Car rear-end cameras are locked horizontally, airplanes are not. This module replaces the aircraft's rear-end camera with another camera preset built into the game (default FOLLOW_SUB_CAMERA). The horizon no longer follows and rolls, while retaining the normal orientation and appropriate pitch. Video display

What problem does it solve?
The third-person rear-end camera of airplanes and helicopters in GTA V will **roll with the body**, and the horizon in the screen will continue to tilt. For people prone to 3D vertigo, **rolling (roll) is the main trigger**.
Car rear-end cameras are locked horizontally, airplanes are not. This mod replaces the aircraft's rear-end camera with another built-in camera preset in the game.
(Default `FOLLOW_SUB_CAMERA`), **The horizon no longer follows the roll**, while retaining the normal orientation following and appropriate pitch,
It also won’t automatically switch camera positions like movie mode.
**Actual measurement results** (500+ lines of real flight samples, indicator = camera roll / aircraft roll):
| Camera preset | Camera roll following rate | Camera relative azimuth swing | General |
|---|---|---|---|
| **FOLLOW_SUB_CAMERA (default)** | **0.000** | **10.2°** | **Best: roll completely decoupled, camera position stable** |
| FOLLOW_MINISUB_CAMERA | 0.002 | 32.9° | roll is decoupled and the camera position is swinging |
| FOLLOW_BIKE_CAMERA | 0.260 | 44.4° | Partially followed |
| FOLLOW_BOAT_CAMERA | 0.318 | 43.4° | Partially following |
| FOLLOW_HELI_CAMERA | 0.295 | 68.5° | Follow the roll and the camera position swings greatly |
The original (`FOLLOW_LAZER_CAMERA`) camera roll follow rate is about **1.0**.

Platform scope (important, please read first)
**This mod can only be used in story mode (offline). It cannot be used in GTA Online, so do not try it. **
The reason is that **the two types of tools failed in different ways in the BattlEye era**, and this module belongs to the first category:
hook class - cannot join online
This mod falls into this category (`.asi` / ScriptHookVDotNet scripts). Such tools rely on the game's own ASI loader.
(`dinput8.dll` / `xinput1_4.dll`) hangs into the game process at startup, and **BattlEye directly intercepts this loader in GTA Online**:
```
Blocked Loading of File: dinput8.dll
```
→ **The mount point itself is cut off, the module cannot be loaded at all, and it cannot be added online. **
This is not "will be detected", but **physically inaccessible**. The same applies to all ScriptHookV modules such as Menyoo and NativeTrainer.
**So this module does not exist and will not have an online version. **
Injection type - you can join online, but you can’t keep your account
Another class of tools ("injected menus" such as Stand, Cherax, etc.) do not rely on the game loader, but inject them from an external process,
So **access to GTA Online**. But BattlEye is a **kernel-level memory scanner** - its official FAQ original text:
"it... **scans your computer's memory** for cheating software";
"BattlEye is able to **scan all memory (RAM)** and all game- and system-related files on disk"
And the reason for kicking out clearly includes `Corrupted Memory #X`. **So the failure of this type of tool is not "cannot get in",
Instead, "enter and then block the account"** (account level, traceable). There is also a separate and more ruthless track: **Law**——
2Take1 was shut down by Take-Two legal affairs, and Menyoo’s distr …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
