⚠️ Important information and troubleshooting

Rampage requires the **latest version** of Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced.
If you encounter startup errors such as **"Native function not found"** and you are not running the latest version of the game, you need to:
1. Update the game to the latest version, or
2. Use older versions of Rampage ** and ** ScriptHookV.
If you have problems saving settings or other files, make sure your user account has appropriate write permissions to the game directory:
1. Navigate to your game folder.
2. Right-click on the folder and select **Properties**.
3. Go to the **Security** tab, select **Authenticated Users**, and click **"Edit..."**.
4. Check **Full Control** and click **Apply** to save changes.
When submitting a bug report, please include:
1. A **detailed description** of the problem.
2. Relevant log files, such as `ScriptHookV.log` and `Rampeg.log`.
If you are using other mods and encountering issues, **Please remove all other mods** and test again. If the problem persists after only installing Rampage, file a bug report again.

Install & use Install: GTA V script mod (single-player)

  1. Check your game edition first — Legacy and Enhanced do not share mods; follow the readme to pick the right build.
  2. Script mods (.dll / .asi / .lua / .cs) usually need ScriptHookV plus the matching ScriptHookVDotNet build for your .NET version.
  3. Unzip and place the files as the readme says — game root or the scripts/ folder (.dll files usually go in scripts/).
  4. Use them in single-player or invite-only sessions only; joining Online with mods can get you banned.

The 'About this mod' section keeps the author's full description — where it gives exact steps, follow those. Use script mods in single-player only; joining Online with mods can get you banned.
